With more than 30 years of legal experience, attorney Daniel H. Swift’s law practice involves Court Room litigation. Probate: probate of wills and settling of estates, assisting trustees acting as administrators of estates as they execute their duties
Personal injury: all types of motor vehicle accidents, including car accidents, truck accidents, motorcycle accidents, and work-related injuries resulting in workers’ compensation claims and/or third-party liability claims
